Hush & Hush Co. Nig, Ltd is jointly owned by Olugboyega and Monioluwa Osho and are co-directors of the company since being registered in 1996 though it was initially called Hushpuppies and Company before the change of name in 2013.
Gboyega Osho is a B.A. Hons (1986) graduate of English from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife) Oshun State who started his Advertising career with a Print firm, Graphic Designs & Associates (GDA) in April 1988 after finishing his mandatory National Youth Service Corps.
In October 1991 he gained employment with a foremost advertising company – INSIGHT COMMUNICATIONS and rose from a management trainee to the position of Account
Manager in 1996 till 1998 having successfully managed a number of International and local brands of repute viz:
- Benson & Hedges & John Player Gold Leaf Cigarette brands from the stable of British American Tobacco Co. (BATCO)
- De-United Foods Industry Ltd manufactures of Indomie Noodles
- Deawoo Automobiles
- Unilever Nigeria Plc where he handled accounts like, Lux Beauty Soap, Ponds Cream Cocoa butter and Blue Band Margerine.

Gboyega moved on to fulfill his passion for excellent advertising campaign and production services when he joined the management of Nucleus Advertising Ltd as Head of Client Service Department and later to establish his own agency in year 2000 with his wife as partner.
Consequently, Hushpuppies and Company now Hush & Hush Co. Nig Ltd., commenced Marketing Communications cum Advertising and Event Management services in the year 2000 and the company board is chaired by him till today.
Personal Statement

Monioluwa Osho is a 1996 HND graduate of Yaba College of Technology having majored in Catering and Hotel Management services Department of the Institution.
She began her working career at Pintos eatery after successfully completing her one year National Youth Service Corp at the Nigerian Bags Manufacturing Company (BAGCO) catering Department.
She worked with Pintos Eatery for about 2 years then Monioluwa decided to challenge her skills with a brief to bake a massive cake for a Nigerian Breweries event. Her success with the giant cake also presented the opportunity to submit a proposal and designs for decorating the Nigerian Breweries event venue scheduled for Tafawa Balewa Square, Race course.
The proposal which was considered outstanding was adopted by the Agency and also by Nigerian Breweries Ltd and a 3 year tripartite contract was signed between Hush & Hush Co. Nig Ltd, Ogilvy Benson & Mather Ltd and Nigerian Breweries Plc for the decoration of the venue for 3 days every year for a 3 year period that the event was to be holding.
The successes recorded at the event won the hearts of many that attended hence the referrals that ensued with many other multi-national companies desiring the Hush & Hush touch at most of their events.
This also motivated Monioluwa to hone are skills with increased education and knowledge of the event Management profession and today is a degree holder in the field.
Moniolwa runs Sweet Hands Enterprise (SHE) – an outdoor catering company alongside her managerial stint at Hush & Hush Co. Nig. Ltd.
